A team member at Weston Favell Library, who has been located at the shopping centre for an impressive 32 years, believes there has been a great deal of evolution during that time. Customer advisor Michael Cleghorn has worked at Weston Favell Shopping Centre since 1992, and joined the library service half-a-decade earlier in 1987.

Cliff Ebanks joined the centre team as security in November 1998 and was headhunted for the role after being out of a similar type of work for just two weeks.
